French cinema's smooth operator
Rocketed to superstardom by silent hit The Artist, Jean Dujardin isn’t exactly new to the business.
He’s been quietly working away in French cinema since 1996, most notably with Artist director Michel Hazanavicius in OSS 117 spoofs Nest Of Spies and Lost In Rio.
With runaway hit The Artist, Dujardin became the first French actor ever to win the Best Actor Oscar. He’s stuck with French cinema for his next film, Les Infidèles, which he co-wrote and co-directed. More, merci.
